Jelly Concord Grape

Concord Grape Jelly is a real classic loved by many people and we have some of the best! The grapes are grown naturally in local orchards and made into jam right here in Ohio's Amish Country. The ingredients list is simple and healthy, only adding what is necessary to produce the finest jelly. These are not tiny jars either, they are pint-size jars but due to the density of the jelly, each jar holds 19 oz.
